The key skills required for this role are:
- Mould making and mould tool preparation.
- Reading and interpreting drawings/specifications and be able to follow plans and work schedules.
- Hand lay-up with polyester and vinylester resins.
- Preparing and executing gel coating.
- Laying down e-glass, gluing core and fitting structural elements.
- Safely utilising knowledge of composite materials, including e-glass, catalyst and resin mixing.

- Ensure the quality of work is completed to the highest standards with a keen eye for detail.
- Organise and maintain a clean and tidy work area.
- Have a good knowledge and awareness of Health & Safety.
- Be happy working under supervision and competent working alone when required.
Depending on experience, the ideal candidate will work closely with our design team and be able to take on the responsibility for leading a small laminating team.

40 hours basic 8.00am – 16.30pm Monday to Friday
